Bin sizes

We rent two bin sizes only: 12-yard bins (residential customers) and 40-yard bins (commercial customers).

Pricing & payments

• Customer agrees to pay a $250.00 delivery charge for a 12-yard bin (12 ft long × 8 ft wide × 4 ft high), or a $650.00 delivery charge for a 40-yard bin (20 ft long × 8 ft wide × 8 ft high), plus a $13.00 scale fee for the rental of the construction bin. Customer also agrees to pay $0.41/kg ($410/tonne) for all weight in the bin.
• A 10% operational surcharge applies to the subtotal (delivery charge, scale fee, days and weight), before GST. GST is added after. The operational surcharge is an operational recovery fee that helps offset the escalating costs of running our transfer station, including compliance with environmental regulations, facility upkeep, and operational expenses.
• Customer agrees to pay $10/day for the rental of the bin. Drop-off and pick-up days are free. Customer must call when they want the bin picked up.
• You save your card through a secure Clover link that we send you. We will charge your credit card on file a $500 deposit when we drop off the bin. Once we pick up the bin and it is weighed, we will charge your card on file for the weight as well as the days you have had the bin (if your $500 deposit does not cover the total cost). If your bill is less than $500, the remaining balance will be refunded to the card.
• Your card is saved on file with Clover, our payment processor, through the secure Clover link we send you. We never see or store your card number.
• Any unpaid balance after 7 days will start to accrue 15% interest from the date of container pick-up until paid in full. There will be a minimum $25 late fee.

Dumpster use

While construction bins are in your possession, you will NOT place or allow to be placed into the bin:

• Substances hazardous to health, such as toxic or corrosive materials or liquids, including oil and chemicals.
• Liquids of any kind, whether contained or not.
• Medical waste or animal carcasses of any kind.
• Any material not listed above that is considered unsuitable for containment, e.g., malodorous waste, asbestos, paint, gas bottles, fluorescent tubes, light bulbs and vehicle batteries.

Drywall is accepted in bins and billed at $0.41/kg, the same as garbage. Drywall must be date-stamped or come with a test report, and must not be mixed with other garbage. If drywall is mixed with other garbage in the bin, a $400 sorting fee applies. A $400 sorting fee applies to any bin that contains banned materials.

All refuse shall remain within the confines of the bin and shall not extend above the top or beyond the sides. Every attempt shall be made to distribute the weight of the refuse evenly within the bin.

Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage to rented equipment beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Consent

I agree to the terms and conditions for the rental of the described services. I also agree that no material listed under "Dumpster use" above will be placed in the bin.
